ICV Construction, A Division of Investors Corporation of Vermont


In 1999 this building was constructed by ICV Construction for an investor, fully occupied it provides suburban office space for several technology companies. In 2001 construction began on a sister building having 27,000 square feet of office space on three floors, the first tenants will take occupancy inn July of 2001.

ICV Construction has provided for their clients design-build delivery on most of their construction projects. Design-build provides for singular responsibility; cost effectiveness; accuracy in budget projection (avoiding cost overruns); and a high level of quality since the builder is taking part in the design process.
